Phase 4 Contracting LLC is named for the fact that most subdivisions in our area over the last 30 years were typically built in 3 phases over a period of time. Naturally, roofs, siding, and windows do not last forever, so Phase 4 was the next stage for homeowners who wanted to preserve and protect their investment into the future. Phase 4 Contracting LLC utilizes a quality program built on feedback from our customers. We rate our performance not on how good a job we think we've done, but how good a job our customers tell us.
